- Fixed scope per project. Improvements and maintenance are contracted separately — they are not buried in the project as a hidden cost.

- Someone with decision-making authority, access to the systems and the business rules, answers to our questions, and sign-off on deliveries within the agreed deadlines.
- Warranty
- The warranty period is set out in the contract and varies by project. It is written down before we start, never agreed afterwards.

01How long does it take to develop a project?+
Timelines vary with complexity. Corporate website projects usually take 4 to 8 weeks; enterprise systems and apps can take 3 to 6 months. The initial assessment is what turns that range into a real estimate.
02Do you work with companies across Brazil?+
Yes. We work with clients throughout Brazil, with a team set up for remote collaboration end to end.
03How does support work after delivery?+
Through a maintenance contract, with monitoring, fixes, feature evolution and technical support. It is a separate service — and we say so upfront, so it never becomes a hidden cost.
04Do you build artificial intelligence solutions?+
Yes: agents, chatbots, automation and integrations with OpenAI, Claude and Gemini. And we say so when AI is not the right tool for your case.
05What are your support hours?+
Business hours, Monday to Friday. Extended coverage is formalized in the contract — 24×7 is not our standard.
06Does the first contact cost anything?+
No. The initial conversation and the preliminary assessment are free. Only after that come the scope and the commercial proposal.
