Data Deletion
How to erase your data.
The step-by-step for requesting deletion of your personal data: where to ask, what to include, how long we take and what the law requires us to keep.
This document is a courtesy translation. The Portuguese version is the original and prevails in the event of any divergence — the contract, the tax record and the applicable law are all Brazilian.
1. The essentials
This page explains, step by step, how to request deletion of your personal data processed by Vita Munhoz Tecnologia. The request is free, requires no account and no login, and covers data that reached us through Meta integrations — Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
Send an email to contato@vitamunhoztecnologia.com.br with the subject Data deletion, stating your full name and the email or phone number you used with us. We confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 15 calendar days.
2. Who it applies to
Any data subject whose personal data is processed by Vita Munhoz Tecnologia may make the request. This includes:
- Anyone who filled in the form on this website or spoke to us over WhatsApp, SMS or email.
- Customers and authorized users of the Vita Core Platform and of the Vendeon, Vitto Gestão and Pulzia products.
- People whose data reached us through Meta integrations — Facebook, Instagram and the WhatsApp Business Platform.
- Candidates, suppliers and other data subjects who have sent us personal data.
3. How to request deletion
The request is made by email. There is no form to fill in, no account to create and no queue to wait in:
- Write to contato@vitamunhoztecnologia.com.br.
- Put exactly this in the subject line: Data deletion.
- In the body, state your full name and the contact detail you used with us — the email address or the phone number. That is how we locate your records.
- If the data came from Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, say which of those channels was used. It helps us find the record, but it is not required.
- Wait for our confirmation of receipt, sent to the same email address.
Deadline. We confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 15 calendar days of the request (art. 19, II, of the LGPD). If we need further information to confirm the request is yours, we ask by email and the deadline starts from your reply. That verification exists for a simple reason: without it, a third party could erase your data.
4. What is deleted
Once the request is fulfilled, we erase from our systems:
- Contact data: name, email, phone, company and job title.
- The content of messages exchanged with you — website form, WhatsApp, SMS and email — and the metadata of those conversations.
- Source and campaign records associated with you, including UTM parameters and ad identifiers.
- Preferences and segments built from that data.
5. What is retained, and why
Deletion does not reach what the law requires us to keep. In those cases the data stops being used for any other purpose, access to it is restricted, and it is erased at the end of the legal period:

6. Your other rights
Beyond deletion, the LGPD grants you — through the same channel and within the same deadline:
- Access — to know which of your data we process and receive a copy of it.
- Correction — to correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
- Portability — to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Withdrawal of consent — to withdraw, at any time, the authorization given for processing that depends on it.
- Information about sharing — to know with whom we share your data and why.
7. Privacy channel
All requests arrive through the same channel and are handled by the company's data protection officer. Purposes, legal bases and retention periods are detailed in the Privacy Policy.
