01 The problem

The process does not fit on a phone — and the operation pays for it

What usually happens

  • Processes that work badly on a phone, or that require constant access to a computer.
  • Customers and field teams end up using paper, spreadsheets or messages to carry out important tasks.
  • The result is delay, rework, error — and an experience that does not look professional.

Signs that this is your case

  • Customers need to reach the service frequently from a phone.
  • External teams still use paper, spreadsheets or messaging.
  • The current system works poorly on mobile devices.
  • The process needs a camera, location, notifications or offline use.
  • Information is retyped when the team gets back to the office.
  • The company loses opportunities because the mobile experience is poor.
02 What we do

The scope of this service.

A single codebase for Android and iOS, with native quality.

04

05

06

Apps for sales, delivery and marketplaces.

07

Custom apps

End-to-end bespoke projects for your specific need.

03 Scope

What you get — and what you do not.

The second column is the one almost nobody publishes. It exists because a scope with a declared limit is the only honest way to agree on price and deadline.

Included

  • Application built and accepted.
  • The Android and iOS versions included in the scope.
  • Source code, as set out in the contract.
  • The integrations and backend defined in the project.
  • Admin panel, when required and contracted.
  • Technical and functional documentation.
  • Training for the people responsible.
  • Store publication, when included in the scope.

Not included

  • Google Play and Apple Developer account fees.
  • Third-party licences and services.
  • Backend or admin panel not included in the scope.
  • Content production, visual identity or marketing material.
  • Ongoing maintenance after the contracted period.
  • User acquisition campaigns.
  • A guarantee of store approval — the final decision belongs to Google and Apple.
  • New features requested after the scope has been approved.
04 When not to hire it

When an app is NOT worth it

When usage is occasional and does not depend on device capabilities, notifications, offline operation or a presence in the stores. If a responsive website or a web system serves the process well, that solution is usually faster, cheaper and simpler to maintain. In those cases we recommend starting on the web — even when that means a smaller project for us.

05 Timeline

How long it takes — and what makes it vary.

An MVP usually takes 8 to 16 weeks. A complete application takes 4 to 8 months — depending on the features and integrations.

01

Number and complexity of features.

02

Number of integrations.

03

Need for a backend and an admin panel.

04

Offline operation and data synchronization.

05

Features such as camera, location, biometrics and notifications.

06

Number of profiles and access rules.

07

Security, data protection and store requirements.

06 How a project starts

Before the proposal, the assessment.

Before any proposal, a conversation. That is where we find out whether what you need can be built — and whether we really are the best choice for your case.

The first contact
A free initial conversation. It leads to an assessment, and only then to the scope and the commercial proposal.
Response time
We reply to a first contact within 1 business day.
Engagement model
Fixed scope per project. Improvements and maintenance are contracted separately — they are not buried in the project as a hidden cost.
What we need from you
Someone with decision-making authority, access to the systems and the business rules, answers to our questions, and sign-off on deliveries within the agreed deadlines.
Warranty
The warranty period is set out in the contract and varies by project. It is written down before we start, never agreed afterwards.
07 Frequently asked questions

The questions people
actually ask.

01Is store publication included? Whose accounts are they?+

Publication can be included in the scope. The Google Play Console and Apple Developer accounts must belong to you, as must the respective fees — we receive temporary access to configure and publish. That is deliberate: the app is yours, and you do not depend on the supplier to update it.

02Will the app be built for Android and iOS?+

Yes, when both platforms are included in the scope. The technology is chosen according to the project's needs, not our preference.

03Can the app work without an internet connection?+

Yes — but offline operation and synchronization have to be planned from the start. It is not something you add later at no cost.

04Do you integrate the app with our current system?+

Yes, as long as there is an API or another technically safe way to integrate.

05Will the app have an admin panel?+

It can, when managing users, content or the operation requires it. When it does not, we do not charge for one.

06Can we start with an MVP?+

Yes. We prioritize the essential features to validate the product before scaling the investment — which is exactly what we do with our own products.

What else we do.

Mobile Apps

Shall we talk about
your case?

The first conversation and the preliminary assessment cost nothing. Only then come the scope and the proposal.
