01 The problem

The website exists, but it does not work for the company

What usually happens

  • Sites that are slow, outdated, or that do not clearly explain what the company offers.
  • Dependence on the supplier for any change — updating a phone number becomes a support ticket.
  • The result is less trust, less presence on Google, and a potential client who gives up.

Signs that this is your case

  • The site is slow to load or works badly on a phone.
  • The information is out of date.
  • The company cannot edit basic content on its own.
  • The site gets visits but generates few enquiries.
  • Services and differentiators are not presented clearly.
  • The company depends only on social media to be found.

03 Scope

What you get — and what you do not.

The second column is the one almost nobody publishes. It exists because a scope with a declared limit is the only honest way to agree on price and deadline.

Included

  • Responsive website built and published.
  • Technical setup of domain, SSL and hosting.
  • Editing panel, when included in the scope.
  • Forms and the contracted integrations.
  • Basic technical setup for SEO.
  • Integration with analytics tools, when included.
  • Documentation and training for the people responsible.
  • Source code, as set out in the contract.

Not included

  • Domain, hosting and third-party service fees.
  • Copywriting, photography, video or visual identity — unless specifically contracted.
  • Ongoing SEO management and recurring content production.
  • Paid traffic campaigns or social media management.
  • Platform, plugin or payment gateway licences.
  • Ongoing maintenance after the contracted period.
  • Legal review of policies, terms and content.
  • New pages or features outside the approved scope.
04 When not to hire it

When a website is NOT worth it

When the need is temporary, the business is still being validated, or a basic presence with contact details and location is enough. In those cases a landing page, a Google Business Profile or a well-structured social channel can solve it with far less investment. The solution has to match the company's real goal — not the size of the project we would like to sell.

05 Timeline

How long it takes — and what makes it vary.

Landing page: 2 to 4 weeks. Corporate website: 4 to 8 weeks. E-commerce: 8 to 16 weeks. In practice the schedule depends less on us and more on the delivery and approval of the content.

01

Number of pages and amount of content.

02

Complexity of the design and the animations.

03

Whether an editing panel is needed.

04

Number of integrations.

05

Content production or migration.

06

E-commerce, payment and logistics features.

07

Languages, accessibility, security and SEO requirements.

06 How a project starts

Before the proposal, the assessment.

Before any proposal, a conversation. That is where we find out whether what you need can be built — and whether we really are the best choice for your case.

The first contact
A free initial conversation. It leads to an assessment, and only then to the scope and the commercial proposal.
Response time
We reply to a first contact within 1 business day.
Engagement model
Fixed scope per project. Improvements and maintenance are contracted separately — they are not buried in the project as a hidden cost.
What we need from you
Someone with decision-making authority, access to the systems and the business rules, answers to our questions, and sign-off on deliveries within the agreed deadlines.
Warranty
The warranty period is set out in the contract and varies by project. It is written down before we start, never agreed afterwards.
07 Frequently asked questions

The questions people
actually ask.

01Will the site appear on the first page of Google?+

No supplier can guarantee positions — and anyone who guarantees them is selling something they do not control. The site is technically prepared for SEO, but the result depends on content, competition, authority and continuous work.

02Who owns the domain and the hosting?+

You do, always. We can configure and administer them technically during the project — but ownership is yours, and that is deliberate: no client should be locked to a supplier because of a DNS record.

03Who writes the content?+

You provide the corporate information, the differentiators, the services and any existing material. Copywriting, editing, photography and image production can be contracted separately. The schedule depends on that delivery — it is what delays website projects most.

04Will I be able to update the content myself?+

Yes, when the project includes an editing panel. And we train the people responsible to use it.

05Is SEO included?+

The technical foundation defined in the project, yes. Ongoing research, content production and authority building are separate services — and they are the ones that actually move rankings.

06Is there support after launch?+

Yes, by specifically contracting maintenance or evolution.

Shall we talk about
your case?

The first conversation and the preliminary assessment cost nothing. Only then come the scope and the proposal.
