01 The problem

The operation lives in spreadsheets, and the systems do not talk to each other

What usually happens

  • Processes scattered across spreadsheets and systems that do not communicate produce rework, errors and no control.
  • The team loses time typing the same information more than once.
  • Management has no reliable data to decide with — and decides in the dark.

Signs that this is your case

  • The same data is typed in more than once.
  • There are several spreadsheets keeping the operation together.
  • Reports take a long time to produce.
  • The current systems do not communicate.
  • Errors only surface through manual checking.
  • Growth increases rework instead of diluting it.

03 Scope

What you get — and what you do not.

The second column is the one almost nobody publishes. It exists because a scope with a declared limit is the only honest way to agree on price and deadline.

Included

  • System built and accepted.
  • Production environment.
  • Technical and functional documentation.
  • User training.
  • Source code, as set out in the contract.
  • The integrations included in the scope.

Not included

  • Third-party licences.
  • Hosting and infrastructure costs.
  • Migration of legacy data not included in the scope.
  • 24-hour support.
  • Changes to third-party systems.
  • New features outside the approved scope.
05 Timeline

How long it takes — and what makes it vary.

An MVP usually takes 4 to 16 weeks. Larger projects are only estimated after the assessment — before that, any deadline would be a guess.

01

Number of features.

02

Number of integrations.

03

Quality of the data that already exists.

04

Whether data migration is needed.

05

Number of users and access profiles.

06

How quickly approvals happen on your side.

06 How a project starts

Before the proposal, the assessment.

Before any proposal, a conversation. That is where we find out whether what you need can be built — and whether we really are the best choice for your case.

The first contact
A free initial conversation. It leads to an assessment, and only then to the scope and the commercial proposal.
Response time
We reply to a first contact within 1 business day.
Engagement model
Fixed scope per project. Improvements and maintenance are contracted separately — they are not buried in the project as a hidden cost.
What we need from you
Someone with decision-making authority, access to the systems and the business rules, answers to our questions, and sign-off on deliveries within the agreed deadlines.
Warranty
The warranty period is set out in the contract and varies by project. It is written down before we start, never agreed afterwards.
07 Frequently asked questions

The questions people
actually ask.

01Do you integrate with our current system?+

Yes — as long as there is an API or another technically safe way to integrate. When there is not, we say so before signing, not afterwards.

02Will the source code be ours?+

Ownership and delivery of the code are clearly set out in the contract, before the project starts.

03Do you migrate data?+

Yes, when it is included in the scope and after we assess the quality of the existing data. That assessment is what says whether the migration is simple or a project of its own.

04Is hosting included?+

Setting it up can be included in the scope. The provider's costs are separate and stay with you — so you do not pay a margin on infrastructure.

05Can I change supplier in the future?+

Yes. Documentation and continuity terms are defined in the contract. You are not tied to us by a lack of information.

06How are changes handled during the project?+

The impact is assessed and presented to you BEFORE any change of scope. Nothing changes in deadline or price without your approval.

09 Solutions

Where this solution comes from.

A service answers what we do. A solution answers how to fix what is blocking you now. Every page starts from the problem, not from the technology.

What else we do.

Enterprise Systems

Shall we talk about
your case?

The first conversation and the preliminary assessment cost nothing. Only then come the scope and the proposal.
