04 When not to hire it
When AI is NOT worth it
When the process has clear rules, a predictable outcome and can be solved with traditional automation. It is also not the right call when there is no reliable data, when the volume is small, when the cost outweighs the benefit, or when the decision demands absolute accuracy and deterministic traceability. In those cases we recommend simple automation or a conventional system — and we say so before you spend on AI.

A proof of concept usually takes 2 to 6 weeks. An integrated, production-ready solution takes 8 to 16 weeks — depending on complexity.

- We reply to a first contact within 1 business day.
- Engagement model
- Fixed scope per project. Improvements and maintenance are contracted separately — they are not buried in the project as a hidden cost.
- What we need from you
- Someone with decision-making authority, access to the systems and the business rules, answers to our questions, and sign-off on deliveries within the agreed deadlines.
- Warranty
- The warranty period is set out in the contract and varies by project. It is written down before we start, never agreed afterwards.

01Will my data be used to train third-party models?+
It depends on the provider and the configuration chosen. The project must use services and contracts compatible with the confidentiality of your data — and that is decided before the first line is written.
02What happens if the AI answers incorrectly?+
The solution can use limits, controlled sources, logging, validation and human review. AI should not decide alone in critical processes — and we design the system from that premise, rather than patching it later.
03Do I need my data organized before we start?+
You need data that is at least accessible and reliable. The initial assessment identifies what needs organizing — and if the answer is that the foundation is missing, we say so.
04How much does it cost to keep the solution running?+
The cost depends on model consumption, infrastructure, integrations, usage volume and monitoring needs. It is a recurring cost, and it enters the calculation from the assessment onwards.
05Will AI replace my team?+
The goal is to reduce repetitive tasks and support people. Replacing roles is not a promise of this project, and we are not going to sell it as one.
06Can we use a private model?+
Yes, when confidentiality, usage volume and budget justify that architecture. When they do not, we say that too.
07How is data protection handled in the project?+
By limiting the data used to what is necessary, controlling access, logging operations and choosing suppliers compatible with the purpose of the processing.
