Corporate Training
A system only delivers results when the team knows how to operate it.

We train corporate teams in agile methods, artificial intelligence and development — and we train end users to operate the systems day to day. Because software a team cannot use delivers no result, however well it was built.

01 The problem

The tool was bought. The people were not prepared.

What usually happens

  • Companies adopt tools and methods without preparing the people who will use them.
  • The team performs the same task in different ways, depends on a few individuals, and does not apply the knowledge day to day.
  • The investment in technology does not produce the expected result — and the technology is almost never at fault.

Signs that this is your case

  • The team uses only part of the available features.
  • Knowledge is concentrated in a few people.
  • Each professional runs the same process in their own way.
  • New tools are adopted but never enter the routine.
  • Errors repeat from lack of understanding, not lack of effort.
  • The agile method exists in the meetings and the vocabulary — not in practice.
02 What we do

The scope of this service.

01

Agile methods

Team training in agile practice: roles, ceremonies and the day-to-day flow.

02

Artificial intelligence

Training in applied AI: where it changes the outcome and where it would only be cost.

03

Development

Technical training in software engineering, architecture and good coding practice.

04

System onboarding

End-user training to operate the system — from first login to routine.

05

In-company training

Closed cohorts built around your team's real process.

06

Team enablement

Technical and business teams speaking the same language about what was built.

03 Catalogue

The courses we offer

This is the base catalogue — and it is a starting point, not a fixed menu: the content is built from the survey we run with your team.

04 Scope

What you get — and what you do not.

The second column is the one almost nobody publishes. It exists because a scope with a declared limit is the only honest way to agree on price and deadline.

Included

  • A survey of the team's needs.
  • Content adapted to the contracted context.
  • The sessions and practical activities.
  • Support material included in the proposal.
  • Exercises or demonstrations applied to the topic.
  • Attendance record.
  • Assessment or feedback collection, when contracted.
  • Recommendations for continued learning.

Not included

  • Tool and platform licences.
  • Full implementation or configuration of systems.
  • Ongoing consulting after the training.
  • Individual mentoring, unless specifically contracted.
  • Recording of the sessions without a contractual provision.
  • Professional certification recognized by third parties.
  • Travel, accommodation and venue costs.
  • Fixing a structural problem in the process or the tool.
05 When not to hire it

When training does NOT solve it

When the problem lies in a badly defined process, an unsuitable tool, a lack of access, no time to apply what was learned, or decisions the leadership has not taken. Training also does not fix an unstable or hard-to-use system. In those cases we recommend reviewing the process, the tool or the management responsibilities first — training a team to operate something broken only teaches them to live with the defect.

06 Timeline

How long it takes — and what makes it vary.

Cohorts are remote, and in person at events where the infrastructure is agreed in advance — our office has no dedicated training space, and we would rather say so than improvise. The workload and cohort size are defined in the interview, according to the need: we do not work with fixed packages.

01

Topic and depth of the content.

02

Workload.

03

Number of participants.

04

In-person or remote format.

05

Need for customization.

06

The team's prior knowledge.

07

Use of the client's environment, system or data.

08

Travel and infrastructure required.

07 How a project starts

Before the proposal, the assessment.

Before any proposal, a conversation. That is where we find out whether what you need can be built — and whether we really are the best choice for your case.

The first contact
A free initial conversation. It leads to an assessment, and only then to the scope and the commercial proposal.
Response time
We reply to a first contact within 1 business day.
Engagement model
Fixed scope per project. Improvements and maintenance are contracted separately — they are not buried in the project as a hidden cost.
What we need from you
Someone with decision-making authority, access to the systems and the business rules, answers to our questions, and sign-off on deliveries within the agreed deadlines.
Warranty
The warranty period is set out in the contract and varies by project. It is written down before we start, never agreed afterwards.
08 Frequently asked questions

The questions people
actually ask.

01Do you issue a certificate?+

Yes: a certificate of completion of a free-course programme, digital or printed. It is not a professional certification recognized by third parties, and we are not going to call it that. The company holds the training activity codes 8599-6/03 and 8599-6/04 — verifiable in its tax record.

02Is the training adapted to our company's context?+

Yes, after we survey the objectives, the processes and the team's current knowledge. A catalogue cohort without that survey is a lecture — it is not training.

03What if the team has very different levels?+

Levels are assessed before the cohort. Where necessary we recommend separate content or groups — putting everyone in the same room usually bores some and loses others.

04Do you train the team on our own system?+

Yes, provided there is authorized access, a safe environment and a defined scope for the training.

05Is the training in person or remote?+

Cohorts are remote, and in person at events where the infrastructure is agreed in advance. The format is defined in the proposal.

06Is there follow-up after the training?+

It can be contracted separately, as mentoring or consulting. It does not come bundled — and we say so, so you do not find out later.

Corporate Training

Shall we talk about
your case?

The first conversation and the preliminary assessment cost nothing. Only then come the scope and the proposal.
